Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

As a warehouse supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a small team of forklift operators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of forklift operators ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Assist with allocating freight and planning staff workloads to optimize productivity.
  • Unload and load inbound and outbound freight in refrigerated vehicles, trailers, and taut liners adhering to quality control procedures.
  • Maintain storage and inventory controls ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Record keeping according to Quality Assurance procedures.
Requirements:
  • Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Prior experience in supervisory roles or team leadership.
  • Desirable to have cold storage experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
