Coty is a leading beauty company seeking a highly skilled National Business Manager to lead our Priceline Pharmacy account team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our Coty Consumer Beauty and Luxury Fragrance portfolio, developing strong partnerships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive commercial competitive advantage for Coty
  • Build strategic plans to grow specified categories of business within the customer to deliver short- and long-term company, customer, and consumer objectives
  • Develop strategic projects with the customer to deliver future growth of the business
  • Extract insights from data, identify implications, and ideas for customer growth
  • Guide and coach direct reports, enabling them to be empowered in performing their responsibilities and meeting their potential
  • Coordinate the implementation of customer-specific promotion plans for leading Coty brands, liaising with Marketing, Demand Planning, Trade Marketing, POS, and customer buyer and supply teams
  • Prepare S&OP inputs detailing 3, 6, and 12 months forecast and financial outlook
  • Work together with Demand Planning to ensure all external promotional proposals and internal promotional forecasts are aligned
  • Analyze customer EPOS data to track new product launches
  • Pre- and post-promotional P&L analysis on revenue/profit potential and results of the promotion

About You:

  • You have a passion for working in a fast-paced environment, focused on building strong relationships and delivering outstanding results
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a National Account Manager, ideally with a background in Beauty or FMCG within the Pharmacy or Grocery channel
  • You possess strong consumer/shopper insights, analytical, and numeric skills (e.g., Circana/Nielsen)
  • You have experience in budget planning and P&L management
  • You have excellent presentation and strong communication, including interpersonal communication skills
  • You have a strong sense of individual accountability and can work in autonomy with the ability to work collaboratively with other functional teams
