This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with a passion for advancing infrastructure. You will have the ability to shape the direction of engineering practice, drive best practices across your team, and promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering, with a strong track record in water projects. They will also possess exceptional leadership skills, a forward-thinking approach, and a deep understanding of the water utilities sector.

As a Practice Leader, you will play a critical role in strengthening client relationships, expanding industry networks, and enhancing our reputation. You will leverage your established industry position and trusted client connections to build our brand, expand the project pipeline, and position the organization for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a large high-performing team to deliver high-impact water projects
