Electrical Engineer for Water Utilities

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of electrical infrastructure for water utilities projects.

  • Key responsibilities will include supporting design and documentation, assisting with motor lists and cable sizing, preparing electrical schematics, contributing to technical reports, and participating in field investigations.
  • You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an engineering consultancy, contractor, or asset owner environment.
  • Exposure to the Water/Wastewater industry preferred, ideally within Australia.
  • Working towards Registered Professional Engineer status.
  • Familiarity with standards, conceptual and detailed design, and design management of electrical infrastructure.
  • Awareness of electrical safety principles.
  • Experience with modelling software is a plus.
