Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries addressing concerns and providing accurate information with a friendly and supportive demeanor.
  • Manage student records meticulously ensuring data integrity confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Closely collaborate with academic and administrative teams to streamline processes such as enrolment orientation and graduation ensuring a seamless experience for students.
  • Assist students navigating university systems procedures and resources offering guidance and support as needed.

  • Attention to detail and an understanding of compliance records management and data integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Knowledge of relevant education policies regulations and best practices.
