Our Bakery Team is Seeking a Skilled Baker

Copper Tree Teams provides leading bakery services. We're looking for a baker who can ensure the cleanliness and quality of our products.

  • Checking equipment and premises before production to guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Weighing ingredients and monitoring oven temperatures to determine baking times
  • Operating machines that roll and mould dough and cut biscuits
  • Preparing pastry fillings and glazing buns and pastries
  • Decorating cakes with cream and icing

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating the production process, including forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling of batches of bread, rolls, and pastry products.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Related qualifications and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Well-trained farm management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team
