We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our team at the Buloke centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a great team of educators, engage with families, and provide high-quality care and education to children.
About Us
The organisation provides a wide range of programs and services to over 100 communities across Victoria. We believe in the power of inspired young people and are committed to creating a workplace where all employees have equal access.
Our children's services operations include the management of kindergartens, early learning centres and before and after school care. Our Youth programs have an increased presence in Ballarat through our Youth hubs, workshops and in our ReCranked and JumpStart programs.
The Role
- Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-12 years
- Develop and implement engaging programs and activities
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Access professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Approved by ACECQA
- Availability at short notice
- Flexibility
- A sense of humour
- A team player
- A good communicator
