We are seeking an experienced Childcare Educator to work with our team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated to supporting the development of children.

This is a Permanent part-time opportunity located in Ballarat.

As our new Childcare Educator, your role will involve developing meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.

You will be motivated to support and guide children's learning while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Bringing connection, communication, and consideration to life in everyday practice.
  • Adhering to child safe policy and code of conduct.
  • Assisting with observations and evaluations of children.
  • Designing activities for program implementation and evaluation.
  • Working as an effective team member.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience leading and developing age-specific programs and routines.
  • An approved Working with Children Check.
  • Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates.
