Visual Merchandise Leader

The role of Visual Merchandise Leader involves driving visual identity across stores, leading a team to deliver consistent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Buid and maintain strong VM standards that maximize store growth, profitability, and performance.
  • Create visually appealing store layouts, windows, and in-store theatre.
  • Collaborate with marketing, store development, planning, and buying teams.
  • Manage and mentor a national visual merchandising team to achieve performance goals.
  • Analyse sales and store performance to continually optimise visual strategy.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in visual merchandising within high-volume apparel retail.
  • Proven leadership experience managing VM teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn strategy into execution.
  • Expertise in creating planograms, visual briefs, and campaign rollouts.
  • Experience in managing suppliers and budgets.
  • High level of organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A recognised visual merchandising qualification.
