About the Role
  • We're seeking a skilled professional to provide clinical leadership and support to our teams.

  • You'll work closely with colleagues to provide coaching and training to support teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care to residents at all times, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Offering leadership and coaching to support teams to achieve quality resident outcomes.
  • Working safely and following all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Thorough understanding of industry legislation and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of assessment processes and the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Strong coaching/training skills and ability to influence others.
  • Previous experience working in a residential aged care setting in a similar role.
