Learning Manager Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Learning Manager to lead the development and implementation of learning initiatives that support our business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic learning programs that enhance employee performance and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in coaching and development to guide teams and individuals towards improved performance.
  • Analyse data to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions to address these gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative learning experiences that meet business requirements.
  • Drive adherence to standardised learning solutions and gather feedback from operational teams to inform continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with WW teams to localise training programs and ensure relevance to regional markets.
  • Cultivate an operational excellence mindset to drive business results and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Management, Human Resources, Education, Supply Chain/Logistics).
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and development of employees, including developing and implementing training programs.
  • Prior experience working with and delivering training & information to employees, with a focus on improving performance.
  • Expertise in data analytics and visualisation, as well as the ability to interpret data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
