Senior Manager, Workday Integration Services

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Workday integration services team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Workday solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice.
  • Oversee and assist Engagement Managers and team members when needed to identify project needs, reduce risk, and develop solutions and strategies.
  • Support the RFP response and pursuit process for consulting work.
  • Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
  • Promote a team-oriented, challenging, and innovative work environment.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading Workday (or other ERP) consulting implementation projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading a virtual team for 3+ years.
  • Required characteristics: fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast-paced work environments.
  • Must work well within and across teams to get things accomplished.
