Job Title: Workday Integrations Manager

This is a key leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of Workday integrations projects.

About the Job:

The Workday Integrations Manager will lead a team of professionals to design, implement and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems. This includes planning, coordination, execution, monitoring and control of integration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Workday and experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice.
  • Oversee and assist Engagement Managers and team members when needed to identify project needs, reduce risk and develop solutions and strategies.
  • Sales Support
    • Support the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work.
  • Team Leadership
    • Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
    • Promote a team-oriented, challenging and innovative work environment.
  • Methodology
    • Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
    • Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; can build consensus and achieve goals through influence.
    • Ability to build trust-based relationship and identify and foster business development opportunities.
  • People Development
    • Perform role of mentor and coach.
    • Analyze team skills and provide for cross training to maintain teams' ability to staff projects appropriately.
    • Advise management team on team members' level of expertise and availability.
  • Performance Management
    • Establish direct reports' goals and objectives during the bi-annual review process
    • Direct the collection of performance feedback from customer and engagement/project manager on a quarterly basis or upon completion of project for your entire team.
    • Direct the collection of all internal contributions for team members assuring data is received by HR on a quarterly basis.
  • Skills & Requirements
    • Possess 3-7 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • Proven experience leading a virtual team for 3+ years.
    • Required characteristics: fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast paced work environments.
    • Must work well within and across teams to get things accomplished.
    • Possess sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects.
