Senior ERP Consultant (NetSuite)

This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for clients, providing business process and systems architecture advisory based on extensive experience. The job requires a strong understanding of business transformation and the ability to provide proactive leadership during engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on standard functionality and leading practices for software and industry
  • Lead discovery and requirements gathering workshops
  • Collaborate with technical counterparts to deliver custom solutions to meet client requirements
  • Manage scope and requirements and work within budget at all times
  • Design and implement comprehensive data migration strategies
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post go-live as needed
  • Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, including all project phases: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, Support
  • Translate complex business requirements and processes into technical designs
  • Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
  • 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience, 8+ full life cycle implementations
  • Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing client needs and requests
  • Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, consulting services, and/or industry-specific experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetSuite Certifications - ERP Consultant, Administrator
  • Advanced knowledge of SuiteCloud Platform tools - SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk
  • Experience with integration toolsets such as Celigo, Dell Boomi, FarApp, Workato
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Audit Experience
