Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading impactful marketing initiatives across Vic Roads and Custom Plates brands.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and overall business success.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will shape multi-channel marketing strategies, manage campaign performance, and oversee end-to-end project delivery.

Your expertise will guide media investment and optimization of ATL and digital marketing efforts, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in client-side Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager roles
  • Hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, and performance marketing tools
  • Ability to interpret data insights and apply them to campaign strategy
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
