Job Title

A seasoned professional with expertise in leading impactful marketing campaigns is sought to drive Movember's local income and impact initiatives in the APAC region. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of contemporary marketing principles, including campaign management, performance focus, year-round integration, paid media, communications & project management, partnerships, fundraising, and brand management.

Responsibilities include planning, implementing, managing, and evaluating marketing efforts to achieve year-round relevance, reach, engagement, and audience growth against KPIs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing integration of owned, earned, and paid marketing activity across the APAC region.

About You
  • You'll need 5 years' experience in marketing roles; more than two years' experience working in a busy agency or brand environment
  • You're a resourceful critical thinker, with strong ability to prioritise and forward plan
  • You have creative thinking capabilities; understands how to develop integrated campaigns and consider broader supporter journey
  • You have a strong understanding of different types of content and the role of content and creative across a spectrum of marketing channels
  • You have excellent visual, oral and written communication skills, including excellent briefing capabilities
  • You're a self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Key Requirements
  • Thinks outcomes and objectives first
  • Has a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar
  • Demonstrates interest in external landscape and future trends (marketing, tech, market)
  • Has partnerships marketing experience
  • Has impact and/or fundraising marketing experience
