We are seeking a professional who can provide guidance and support to Defence personnel and their families throughout the claims process.

The successful candidate will work closely with current and former Defence personnel, navigating various claims including pensions and benefits.

The goal is to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

  • Provide guidance and support throughout the application process;">
  • Establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally;">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have;

  • Compensation Advocate (or working towards) qualification;">
  • Understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions;">
  • Highly developed communication skills and ability to prioritise, manage and problem solve procedures;">
