We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Niño Early Learning Adventures. This 37.5 hour per week position offers above award wages, 50% off childcare fees, discounts at 1000 retail outlets, and flexible days and hours.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a qualified educator who shares our passion for providing high-quality early childhood education. As an Early Childhood Educator with our centre, you will be responsible for fostering connections with families, designing educational play spaces, and maintaining pristine learning environments.
Key Responsibilities- Energise daily activities with creativity and imagination, ensuring children develop essential skills and values.
- Foster strong relationships with families, building trust and rapport through effective communication and collaborative approaches.
- Design inviting and educational play spaces that cater to diverse learning styles and promote child-led exploration.
- Maintain a welcoming and safe learning environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and best practices in early childhood education.
- A recognised Early Childhood Education qualification, such as a Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- A valid Working with Children's Check, ensuring you meet the necessary clearance requirements.
- Up-to-date First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates, guaranteeing your ability to respond to emergency situations.
- Proven experience working in an early childhood setting, demonstrating your ability to work with children and families effectively.
- Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework, showcasing your understanding of best practices in early childhood education.
- A competitive salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
