We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead our Before and After School Care service at Point Cook P-9 College OSHC. As a permanent full-time position, you will work varying hours from Monday to Friday, between 7:00am - 9:00am and 2:30pm - 6:00pm.

The hourly rate for this position is between $34 - $41 p/hour (depending on your qualification) + 11.5% super. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee the daily operations and strategic development of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations and strategic development and growth of the program;
  • Work with the Regional OSHC Coordinator to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities;
  • Create a positive relationship with the school, families, local community groups and contract partners;
  • Manage a team of educators who support you in operating a high quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care program;

To be successful in this role, you will need to have either completed or be working towards a Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA. You will also need to have a valid Victorian Working with Children's Check - employee check, and a Food Safety Supervisor certificate within the first month of your employment.
