Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Green Point. As a key member of our centre, you will lead change, champion best practice, and uplift excellence in early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of 26 pre-schoolers (4-5 years old).
- Develop and implement educational programs that promote learning and development in children.
- Collaborate with the senior educator and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on children's progress and program implementation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
- A current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
- New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
