About the Job

This position will establish and drive a continuous improvement function with significant outcomes. These include:

  • Improved business performance through effective management of key performance indicators.
  • Enhanced project and shutdown performance through data-driven decision making.
  • Increased investments in process improvements through thorough benefits analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuous Improvement Framework:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports for senior leadership.
  • Drive initiatives that deliver strategic goals and objectives.
  • Monitor progress and make recommendations for corrective action.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational success.

Project and Shutdown Performance:

  • Compile and quality assure reports for regional and national meetings.
  • Making timely recommendations for corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Creating weekly project dashboards for executive-level reporting.

Process Improvement Capability:

  • Leading centralised initiatives for cost savings and innovations.
  • Conducting thorough benefits analysis for vetting, investment, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements:

Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Commerce/Accounting with desirable certifications.

Experience in business analysis, continuous improvement, financial analysis skills, and ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Able to communicate and manage relationships with senior leaders, experience of SharePoint, portfolio management tools, and ERPs.
