About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Critical Care, you will be responsible for providing expert care to critically ill patients, working closely with senior medical and nursing staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current nursing/midwifery registration with AHPRA;
- Minimum of three years postgraduate experience in adult critical care, with relevant tertiary qualifications;
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, create and maintain a positive workplace culture, and articulate and achieve a vision for nursing services;
- Demonstrated application of sound and contemporary knowledge of nursing practice issues in critical care environments;
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate resolutions and resolve conflict;
- Ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice through planning quality and quality management.
