Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Digital Transformation team in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital engineering and experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth in digital engineering services.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological innovations to ensure continued success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a related field.
  • Accreditation or proof of training with ISO 19650.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Experience in digital engineering, project management, design management, asset management, or geospatial surveying.
  • A sound understanding of the service lifecycle of assets, from investment decision-process through to planning, delivery, handover and operations and maintenance.
