Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

This is a key role for an experienced finance professional who can manage all aspects of financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial reporting, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable financial models and forecasts;
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies;
  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices;
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and auditors;
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly authorized and recorded;
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors;
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's financial operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance, accounting or a related field;
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
