Financial Markets Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Markets Expert. This role will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our financial markets department, including end-of-day profit and loss reporting.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to work with a leading organization in the financial industry. As a Financial Markets Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • End-of-Day Profit and Loss Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate and timely profit and loss reports for our financial markets department.
  • Trade Reconciliation: Reconcile trades and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and reflected in our financial systems.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in financial markets or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with financial software and systems, including SQL, VBA, and Python.
