Treasury Expert

We are seeking a skilled Treasury Expert to play a critical role in safeguarding and optimizing our financial resources.

This involves meticulous cash flow management, astute risk mitigation, and providing insightful financial analysis to empower informed decision-making.

The successful candidate will contribute directly to our growth trajectory by ensuring robust liquidity, efficient capital allocation, and prudent financial risk management.

  • Cash Management:
  • Develop and implement daily cash positioning strategies and prepare cash flow forecasts to support strategic initiatives.
  • Initiate and execute electronic funds transfers seamlessly.
  • Maintain accurate bank account reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate in the management of short-term investments to maximize returns.
  • Financial Risk Management:
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks, encompassing interest rate, foreign exchange, credit risk, and liquidity risk.
  • Monitor compliance with hedging policies and procedures diligently.
  • Generate reports on financial risk exposures for informed decision-making.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to implement controls into the product that allow us to effectively manage risk.
  • Treasury Operations:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date treasury records, ensuring data integrity.
  • Prepare comprehensive treasury reports for management and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Key requirements include proficiency with financial data analysis and interpretation using Excel or PowerBI, understanding of various financial products and markets, and a strategic mindset with the ability to drive key outcomes and contribute to business growth.

Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, mathematics, economics, or related discipline is required. Experience with SQL, Python, R, MATLAB, Tableau is desirable.
