Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

The Role:

In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized intervention plans. You will be responsible for providing evidence-based services through various delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may come through NDIS, Medicare, or privately.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assessing and providing interventions for children & adults with disabilities
  • Working within the NDIS to enhance clients' function, capacity, and social engagement
  • Assisting with assistive technology assessments, recommendations, and applications
  • Timely documentation and report writing
  • Managing a varied caseload
  • Meeting professional expectations such as billables and client management
  • Building relationships with stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources


The NewGrad Program:

We offer a tailored NewGraduate Program to support skill acquisition for a successful career. The program spans 12 months, starting from your first day. You can expect:
  • Weekly 1:1 supervision

Requirements:

To apply, you should have or be able to obtain:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Discipline-specific registration (e.g., AHPRA/SPA)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Police and International Police Checks (if applicable)
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Car insurance
  • Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
