Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop clinical recommendations to support residents' mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy programs that focus on falls prevention, pain management, arthritic care, and skin integrity.
  • Develop and lead group-based active ageing sessions that promote social interaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with facility staff to review care plans and adapt therapy programs as needed.
  • Emphasize flexibility and collaboration within a dynamic and caring team environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check.
