We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with personal care services, support, and companionship.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide general home help services, including housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Assist clients with personal care, such as getting them out of bed, showering, dressing, and administering medications.
- Support clients with mobility and therapy goals, and provide social and emotional support.
- Transport clients to lifestyle activities or appointments, and provide support to family carers.
- Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability.
- Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
- Guaranteed hours and shifts.
- Award rate $33.82 per hour + Super + paid KM's.

- Paid CPR and First Aid courses.
