Aged Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Worker to provide home help services to our aged care clients in the Bacchus Marsh area.
About the RoleAs a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living tasks, such as general housekeeping, meal preparation, and social support. You will work independently to find solutions to everyday problems and build positive relationships with clients and their families.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life and contribute to delivering Best Care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Providing home help services, including general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Assisting clients with personal care and daily living tasks
- Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
- An interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential)
- Guaranteed hours and shifts
- Award rate per hour + Super + paid KM's
