Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Sourcing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and pipeline candidates for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles across various businesses.

The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical or allied health recruitment, preferably from an agency or internal sourcing background. They should be able to apply their expertise in a purpose-led, values-driven environment and possess strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset.

About the Role
  • This is a newly refined role focused on strategic sourcing, not transactional recruitment.
  • You will work closely with Talent Partners, the Clinical Recruitment Manager, and Hiring Leaders to ensure access to the right people at the right time.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and build pipelines of Clinical and Allied Health professionals using various sourcing platforms and channels.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
  • Conduct local and global market research, talent mapping, and provide sourcing insights to inform workforce planning.
  • Manage sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, CRM, and Social Media Platforms to attract and nurture talent.
  • Use data and sourcing analytics to track performance, identify trends, and continuously improve pipeline quality.
  • Nurture talent pools and maintain long-term candidate relationships for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to align sourcing strategies with business priorities.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives in partnership with Brand and Marketing.
  • Maintain accurate sourcing activity records and provide regular pipeline reporting.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing, ideally in a professional and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience sourcing for Clinical or Allied Health roles—agency or internal backgrounds welcome.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing channels, passive candidate engagement, and talent pooling strategies.
  • Experience using Social Media platforms to attract and engage talent.
  • Exposure to AI-powered sourcing tools or platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and candidate management systems.
  • A genuine interest in improving lives and contributing to a values-led organisation.
