Night Duty Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Little Mountain Aged Care Service, Churches of Christ. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, including administering medications and interventions, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement bespoke care plans.
You will have a thorough understanding of continuous quality improvement, legislation, and accreditation, and be able to monitor and document resident health status and progress, making referrals as needed. Your strong communication skills will enable you to understand and communicate with not only your residents, but also their families and a broader care team.
About YouWe are looking for a healthcare professional who is able to provide care with empathy and kindness. You will have current AHPRA registration, clinical knowledge and experience in aged care, and a National Police Check or ability to obtain. First Aid/CPR certification is also required.
