Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at Gough Recruitment. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing high-end properties and clientele, working in an office environment that is passionate, driven, and hungry for excellence.

The Role:

  • Be the Face of the Business: As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and prospective tenants, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Conduct Open Homes: You will conduct open homes for high-end properties in the inner city, showcasing the properties to potential clients and providing tours.
  • Liaise with Prospective Tenants and Landlords: You will work closely with prospective tenants and landlords to understand their needs and preferences, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Process Applications: You will process applications and source the most suitable tenants for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process.
  • Manage Your Own Day: As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own day, including scheduling appointments and managing your calendar.
  • Work with a Business that Supports Career Growth: You will work with a business that supports your career growth and encourages you to develop within the business.

The Candidate:

  • Certificate of Registration: You must hold a certificate of registration.
  • Real Estate Experience: You will ideally have experience in real estate, however, impressive entry-level candidates will be considered.
  • Current Driver's Licence and Reliable Vehicle: You must have a current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
  • Highly Organized and Autonomous: You must be highly organized, able to work autonomously, and lead by example.
  • High Attention to Detail and Customer Service: You must have a high attention to detail and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong Team Player: You must be a strong team player and happy to offer support when needed.
  • Ability to Build and Maintain Relationships: You must be able to build and maintain new relationships.
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills: You must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • No Experience Considered: NO experience will be considered if you are energetic, passionate, and hold a current certificate of registration.
  • Paying Up to $70,000 Package + Lucrative Commissions: You will be paid up to $70,000 package + lucrative commissions.
