Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Consultant to support our Senior Property Manager in overseeing a portfolio of 250 properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting open inspections, scheduling and performing inspections, responding to inquiries, and reviewing applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting open inspections on Saturdays and mid-week to showcase properties to potential clients.
  • Scheduling and performing inspections by appointment to ensure timely and efficient property viewings.
  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email to provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
  • Carrying out ingoing and outgoing inspections, as well as routine inspections, to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Reviewing applications and preparing approval letters and lease documents to facilitate smooth property transactions.
  • Assisting the property manager with various tasks, including data entry, reporting, and administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate and a valid driver's license (a car is required) to ensure compliance with industry regulations and facilitate property inspections.
  • No prior experience needed, but a positive attitude, polished appearance, and a strong work ethic are essential to succeed in this role.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday with a half-day off during the week to accommodate our business needs.
  • Working hours: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM to ensure a consistent and efficient work schedule.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate to demonstrate industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Reliable vehicle to facilitate property inspections and travel to various locations.
Systems Used:

Our team utilizes Property Tree & File Smart to manage our property portfolio and streamline our operations.
