About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at MedHealth Group. As a key member of our Vocational Rehabilitation Team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients to achieve their goals and return to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers providing return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement and assessment services across a variety of schemes.
  • Support our Team Leader and Branch Manager with our customer network, as well as working together to improve our team's knowledge and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development of others within the team.
Requirements
  • Professional Registration with either AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW.
  • Allied Health Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work.
  • A minimum of two years of occupational rehabilitation or claims management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage additional responsibilities whilst maintaining an active caseload.
  • Proven ability to exceed performance targets, including RTW, Quality and Service Delivery KPI's.
  • Contribution to the development of others.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team culture and growth.
  • Recognised as a 'go-to' person internally and externally.
  • The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers.
  • Current driver's licence and car.
