The Role

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant / New Business Manager to join our tight-knit team. This is a role for a self-starter and career-driven individual who is efficient, precise, and attentive. On a daily basis, your day-to-day duties will include:

• The end-to-end leasing process
• Handling and addressing rental inquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections
• Preparing lease sign-ups and lease packs
• Business development – exploring new prospects within our current database and through effective networking, generating new leads and private networking

The Candidate

A current Certificate of Registration is essential to be considered, as well as a reliable car and valid driver's license. You will have previous industry experience in a Leasing or New Business capacity.
