As a Client Service Professional, you will be responsible for managing allocated Global Accounts from the Multinational Portfolio.

About Your Role

You will work closely with team members to ensure administrative activities are carried out in time and to a high level of quality.

You will also prepare timely processing instructions for various units within the organization to ensure seamless premium collection and policy issuance.

Accurate policy records will be maintained on our systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Guiding and supporting team members in account handling activities
  • Supporting business development and client relationship activities
  • Account handling and supporting senior executives on relevant accounts/activities
  • Ensuring renewal terms are obtained from underwriters and information passed to clients/agencies as necessary
  • Communicating and building relationships with underwriters, clients, agencies, and other external parties
  • Working within the framework of our service standards
  • Assisting with ongoing projects identified throughout the year for better improvement to the department
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3-5 years prior experience in the insurance industry across all commercial lines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to an intermediate level
  • Ability to interpret information and strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
