Drive engagement and growth across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, working cross border with colleagues and subject matter experts to define and execute on strategic account plans.

About The Role

You will engage with key stakeholders across the client's global network to build executive-level relationships and expand International SOS product adoption. Key duties:

  • Create engagement strategies across multiple functions within clients to deliver value and drive utilisation of services
  • Identify and drive cross-border opportunities, coordinating internal teams to deliver strategic account plans.
  • Develop and execute global retention and growth strategies

About You

  • 7+ years in global/enterprise B2B account management
  • Proven experience building C-suite and cross-functional client relationships
  • Experience in resources and heavy industry highly regarded
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Interstate travel and occasional overseas travel for client visits, team meetings, and training
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter with a growth and international mindset
