Job Title: Client Facility Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Trade Specialist to fill this dynamic and hands-on trade role. Reporting to the Facility Manager, this position is critical in delivering maintenance services and projects to support operational goals.

  • Perform hands-on statutory, preventative, and corrective maintenance for building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire, and electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery.
  • Conduct building inspections and provide condition assessments to advise on technical solutions.
  • Develop cost-effective maintenance strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate on projects to enhance existing systems and improve operational performance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician.
  • A current open Driver's Licence.
  • Technical trade experience in the provision of building maintenance services in complex buildings.
  • Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical or plumbing services, including large reticulated chilled water systems, fault-finding on fume cupboards, compressed air and vacuum systems, and building management systems.
  • Ability to apply problem-solving approaches and good judgement to analyse and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish productive working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in maintenance service delivery functions in complex environments.
  • Willingness to learn and undertake further training as required.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $93,919 - $100,296 per annum.
