Job Title

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to support our customers in their homes, enabling them to live independent and fulfilling lives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Providing domestic assistance and social services, including organisation of outings, cooking, pet care, cleaning, gardening, and transportation.
  • - Reviewing care plans to understand the customer's goals and needs.
  • - Using an app to track important information and identify potential hazards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Experience: Working within the Aged Care sector, preferably with a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.

Personality Traits: Friendly personality, strong desire to help others, good relationship-building skills, respectful of dignity and privacy.Technical Skills: Familiarity with using smartphones, ability to assist clients with theirs, current Australian Driver's License and registered vehicle for travel purposes.
