About the Community Engagement Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to lead our community engagement initiatives. As a key member of our customers services team, you will work closely with diverse stakeholders to plan and facilitate community events, support local tenant groups, and manage social media and reporting activities.

This is a full-time permanent role based across multiple office sites. To succeed in this position, you will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for working with communities, and relevant experience delivering community-focused outcomes for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and facilitate community engagement events and activities
  • Support the operation of local tenant groups and engage with tenants to strengthen connections
  • Manage social media and reporting activities to ensure effective community services
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver community programs

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • CURRENT NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to travel regularly to regional sites and offices
  • Ability to use community development tools to develop community activities and services
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service, organisational and time management, prioritising and planning, communication and digital literacy
