Agricultural Operations Coordinator

The role of Agriculture Administrator is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to support our agriculture team with day-to-day operations, data management, reporting, procurement, and general administration.
This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Agriculture General Manager and Organic Nutrients Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking project activities, meetings, and site visits, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring action items.
As an Agriculture Administrator, you will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers and internal teams to manage purchase orders and deliveries. Furthermore, you will assist with sales documentation for agricultural commodities and compost, as well as review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with agricultural best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Agriculture General Manager and Organic Nutrients Manager.
- Coordinate and track project activities, meetings, and site visits.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to manage purchase orders and deliveries.
- Assist with sales documentation for agricultural commodities and compost.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within an agriculture-related environment.
Key Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
