Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization as a graduate in the STEM stream. We seek talented individuals who possess a range of skills and qualifications, including a strong foundation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of tasks and activities within different business areas, contribute to team and organizational strategic goals, conduct analysis and research projects, coordinate information requests, assist with project and program management, and prepare briefing materials and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

A degree in a relevant field, such as Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team; Familiarity with industry trends and best practices; Proficiency in software applications and tools relevant to the role; and Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary starting at $82,999 plus 15.4% superannuation, increasing to $90,000 after 12 months. You will also receive annual leave, cultural leave, and parental leave, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
