Are you passionate about inspiring young minds to pursue science, technology, engineering, and mathematics? Do you have a talent for mentoring and guiding individuals in their academic and professional journeys? We invite you to join our team as a STEM Coach and make a meaningful impact in the lives of curious girls.

This rewarding role offers an opportunity to develop your teaching and coaching skills while fostering confidence and enthusiasm for STEM studies among high school students. As a STEM Coach, you will be matched with a female student based on compatible STEM areas of interest and geographical location. Together, you will work closely to explore various aspects of science, technology, engineering, and math through interactive sessions, practicals, field trips, and a mentoring program.

The Curious Minds Program is an eight-month initiative that runs from December through July, catering to 120 girls from across Australia. You will receive comprehensive training and support throughout the program, ensuring a successful and enriching experience for both you and your student.

Program Highlights:
  • Two camps: an in-person Summer Camp and an online Winter Camp
  • Mentoring program with regular contact between Summer and Winter camps
  • Opportunity to discuss study options, career pathways, and extension work with your student

To qualify for this position, you must possess a proven interest in STEM activities, a desire to work with young people, and a valid Working with Children Check or equivalent. Additionally, you should be able to commit to the time requirements and reside in Australia during the program duration.
