  • Strong skills with problem solving and relationship management finding clear solutions to prevent conflict
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
  • Strong organisational skills to track and manage multiple referral relationships simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management or business development, preferably within the NDIS, disability, or healthcare sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating referrals through networking and relationship building.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including large referrers.
  • Generate a consistent flow of referrals by understanding the needs of referrers and ensuring that we adapt to meet those needs.
  • Manage any conflicts that arise, ensuring ongoing collaboration and satisfaction with major referrers.

  • Driver's License and own car for work
