About the Role

The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for leading a team of support workers and volunteers in providing quality services to clients.

They oversee service coordination, client needs and ensure strong professional relationships between clients, staff and volunteers.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our office.

About You

  • Tertiary or diploma qualification in aged care, health, business or equivalent years of experience
  • Two or more years supervising a team through change and ambiguity
  • Experience in aged care and/or health environments
  • Understanding of client needs for positive service outcomes
  • Budget planning and management skills
  • Strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Passion for social change and organisational influence
  • First aid certificate
  • Current driver's license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
