Job Title: Refugee and Asylum Seeker Services Coordinator

This is a vital role that requires the coordination of multiple programs, including Settle Well, Job Readiness, and AOD Programs.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of these programs, as well as providing practice supervision support and guidance to staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to funding proposals and service models to drive program success
  • Supervise and coach direct reports to achieve their goals and support staff development
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to meet program requirements
  • Develop and review documents to articulate and support service delivery
  • Monitor program performance to ensure effective resource management
Requirements:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or Community Development
  • Demonstrated experience in health, social, or community services, particularly AOD treatment and culturally diverse clients
  • Experience providing professional supervision to client-facing staff in human services programs
  • Knowledge of standards and certification requirements
  • Understanding of theoretical frameworks and intervention strategies
