About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Supervisor to join our team at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control and manage superior service delivery to our clients
  • Assist with Branch operations, labour and vehicle resources in order to achieve service objectives
  • Lead the operations personnel ensuring adherence to standard procedures
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
  • Manage operational costs against budgets and targets as set by the Regional Branch Manager
  • Manage and maintain property, plant and site security
  • Manage projects including the assembly of use of racking, transportation of cartons and the destruction of large amounts of paper

Requirements:

  • Proven organisational/planning ability
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to liaise with sales, admin and operational personnel
  • Computer literacy
  • Outstanding customer service focus
