Cost Management Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results for clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing costs, developing strategic plans, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cost management on multiple projects, ensuring successful outcomes and timely delivery.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provide expert advice on cost management best practices and industry trends.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project costs, expenses, and revenues.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in cost management, preferably in commercial development and fit-out sectors.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and project management principles.
  • MRICS or MAIQS certification preferred.
