Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a female Disability Support Worker to provide in-home and community support to a female client based in Morphett Vale. The ideal candidate will be reliable, respectful, and passionate about making a positive difference in someone's daily life.
Key Responsibilities-
Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids

Support with meal preparation and household tasks
-
Transport and accompany client to appointments and community activities
-
Monitor and report on the client's wellbeing
-
Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the client, their family, and the support team

Female support worker (as per client preference)

Previous experience in disability support or similar role (preferred)

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability)

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle

COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (as required by health regulations)
